keep seeing everyone's summer goals/manifestos, so i figured i'd hop on the bandwagon! what are ya'lls??

starbucks date during lunch...

casey wiegand over at thewiegands.com does a little coffee date blog post everynow and then, and they're so inspiring, so i'm taking ya'll on a starbucks date today! if we went, we'd probably go to the one across the street from my work, on my lunch break, then drink our drinks in my car, since it's always PACKED in there :) i'd get a green tea frap, what about you??

i'd ask you how you're doing, how's your family?

i'd tell you my family is south carolina is going through more sh*t than any nice person should have to. and the fact that it's problems that i can't fix, is driving me insane. and causing me to have stomach and chest pains :(

i'd tell you how since shane has been up here, our relationship has grown so much. he takes such great care of me, when i let him.

i'd ask you how your job's going? and tell you i hope you're not working too much :)

i'd tell you how my job is the bright spot in my everyday. how my babies, the girls at work, and the overall atmosphere are amazing. i'm so thankful God brought me there.

i'd tell you the tattoos i want to get next, the birthday parties i want to plan, then tell you that you simply must come to them :)

i'd ask you to come to the gym with me tomorrow on my lunch break, and tell you i can't wait to see you again!

what to wear with...?

help! i bought these shoes at target on my lunch break, because they looked super cute, but now idk what to wear them with?? skirt/tee? dress? (i don't wear skinny jeans so those wont work....) heeeeeeeelp!

shane's finally moved up here with me! so happy to be reunited, if only so i don't have to handle our monster dogs all on my own. he's super sick :/ and we've got a TON of family drama/stress that isn't particularly fun, but at least we're together when dealing with it?

today for lunch (i work about 45 minutes away from where i live) he came and met me, and we walked around the grocery store together as a little "minidate". it was awesome.
we are far, far from one of those seemingly perfect, cute couples that are all over the blogosphere. we fight, and we fight HARD. but we love hard too. and we both know, with 100% certainty, that the other one's always going to be there. and that's gotta count for something!
